Procedurally generated maps
So I noticed quite a few downloads on Google Play the other day. However, a large portion of the players uninstalling the app not long after.
Due to the short game play most people probably just expect a bit more replayability.
So I down-ported procedurally generated maps from Version 2, which is in active development. This adds quite some challenge and replayability to the game. Furthermore, I decided to make it a bit easier for the player to unlock items and shift the focus on free play and high score mode. From a game design perspective, I want the player to discover one item after another without facing too high difficulty early on.
While I was at it, I down-ported improved android controls too.
However I'm quite excited about Version 2. The added items and emerging tactical variety really make a big difference. Stay tuned! :-)
